Terms of Service

These terms govern use of this free, non-commercial fan project. They do not grant the operator permission to use third-party intellectual property and do not limit a rights holder’s ability to request removal.

1. Operator and contact

This service is operated by Jonas Grøndahl in Denmark (the “operator”). Questions, legal notices, and intellectual-property removal requests may be sent to jonas.groendahlxd@gmail.com.

2. Unofficial, free fan project

This is an unofficial, fan-made, non-commercial project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, licensed, or approved by TeeTurtle, LLC, Unstable Games, or their related companies. There is no advertising, donation feature, paid access, or sponsorship. The official tabletop game is available from the rights holder’s website.

3. Eligibility and adult content

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. Optional decks marked NSFW remain behind a separate, self-attested 21-or-older confirmation. Do not enable those decks unless you meet that requirement and the material is lawful where you are located.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials and game links, and activity carried out through your account or claimed seat. Tell the operator promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Player names may be screened or moderated and may be changed, blocked, or removed.

5. Conduct and acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or upload content you cannot lawfully use;
  • harass, threaten, discriminate against, impersonate, or expose personal information about another person;
  • use abusive player names or voice chat, or use voice features without the consent of participants;
  • cheat, automate play, probe security, disrupt the service, overload it, or bypass access controls; or
  • misrepresent this project as official or use it for commercial activity.

The operator may moderate content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or block access when reasonably necessary to protect players, the service, or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

The operator claims rights only in original code, interface work, and other original material created for this project. Third-party game names, logos, artwork, card text, characters, trade dress, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners, including TeeTurtle, LLC and Unstable Games. No ownership, licence, sublicense, or permission to reuse that third-party material is offered through this service.

If you submit feedback or other content, you keep your rights but give the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate and improve the service. You may withdraw that permission where legally available by contacting the operator.

7. Availability, suspension, and shutdown

The service may change, pause, lose data, or shut down at any time, including in response to security, operational, legal, or rights-holder concerns. The operator may remove disputed material or terminate the entire project without notice where prompt action is reasonably required. No availability or data-backup commitment is made.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided free of charge and “as is,” without promises that it will always be available, secure, accurate, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data, or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory Danish or EU consumer rights and liability for intentional misconduct.

9. Account deletion

You may request account deletion through Account security. Credential accounts must confirm their password; accounts without a password must complete a verified-email deletion link. Deletion removes account-linked records described in the Privacy Policy. Some anonymous or legally required records may remain where deletion is not technically or legally possible.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Danish courts have jurisdiction, except that consumers keep any mandatory protections and venue rights provided by the law of their country of residence. Please contact the operator first so a concern can be addressed informally.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated when the service, law, or operating practices change. The effective date and version shown above identify the current terms. Material changes will be presented appropriately before they apply to newly required consent.
